Book Recommendations

Here's a list of books that have motivated me personally. Each has either inspired me, encouraged me to take an action, has given me new prospect on life, or has helped me to dream bigger and to believe in my dreams. Hope they will help you as well.

Also, if you're not big on reading, you can always look for the audio version. All of them have one.

1.   The Success Principles  by Jack Canfield

This book is one of the first motivational books I’ve read. It’s pretty straightforward. Gives a lot of techniques and exercises tailored to increase your confidence, tackle your daily challenges and achieve your personal goals. It’s based on 64 principles used by successful people throughout history. You can look at the principles as tools created to help you do the inner work needed to transform yourself. What it did for me, it inspired me tremendously and thought me some important techniques I use in my daily life.

2.    Secrets of the Millionaire Mind  by T. Harv Eker
Being financially independent is something, I believe, we all want. This book will give you tons of advices on how to achieve just that. It’s based on a notion that much of our chances of accumulating wealth are mentally driven. You will find out how millionaires think. And when you think as a millionaire, you will take actions of a millionaire. And when you take actions of a millionaire, you will get results of a millionaire.

3.    The Alchemist  by Paolo Coelho
I am sure many of you have heard about it as I was hearing about it repeatedly before I have finally decided to read it. The book really changed my personal view of life. It gave me hope and inspired me immensely. Through story of a young shepherd the book teaches one to always listen to his/her heart, to learn to read the signs on his/her life path and to follow his/her dreams.

4.    Eat, Pray, Love  by Elizabeth Gilbert
I believe you have heard about this book as well. It’s a memoir of a kind in which author describes her yearlong (outer and inner) journey of recovery from Rome to India to Bali. This book is very inspirational and gave me much closer insight to meditation and its tremendous benefits.

5.    The Power by Rhonda Byrne
From the author of The Secret in 2010 came out “The Power”. If you’ve read “The Secret” this book will add tremendously to that. If you didn’t, I would recommend reading “The Secret” first. However, I find “The Power” more useful than “The Secret”, since it contains some very valuable advices that you can apply to your daily life and can see results very quickly. My favorite chapter is “Keys of Gratitude”. Be sure to read it carefully. Everytime I start feeling down, I think of things that I am grateful for and almost immediately I am feeling much better and am very happy because I know I am doing something good for myself.

At Books page you can find links to some of these books as well as to some other books I've read or would like to read. If you have read some of them or there are other motivational books you would like to add to this list or if there are any books that helped change your life and motivated you personally, please list them in down below.

Thanks.
