Lead A Happy and Satisfied Life


To live happy life is to be satisfied with yourself and who you are.

However, most people spend their time stressed out and worried about what needs to be done for their futures, raising their children, wired up over work, school... So, when one can start living that fully happy and satisfied life? The answer is simple - when one starts doing things that make him/her happy and satisfied. Our daily lives are so busy that often times we neglect ourselves and our feelings. Some of us feel it would be selfish if we took any time out of our busy schedules and invested it in ourselves. But let me tell you. Living a great life does not just happen. There is planning and focus involved and the most important - time. Sometimes we don’t even know what we would like our life to look like. We feel that something is lacking but we can’t put our finger on anything In particular.

What some psychologists suggest in this case is to do a few very simple things that will make our lives more interesting and will put us on the right track as to know what we like and enjoy.

Here are those suggestions:

o    Buy a magazine, flip through pages completely relaxed, asking yourself: "Looking at the pictures, what type of person spontaneously I like the most?".


o    Remove all pages with your chosen type of personality and write on a piece of paper what you can learn from this person. Consider what you like about photos with your chosen person. Is it something he/she does or how he/she looks like? Do you like that he/she is a skydiver or that he/she radiates happiness, has a natural smile, and looks approaching and playful.


o    Now think about how you can learn these qualities. Do you take classes, go to seminars, become a member of a meetup group or simply call your friends and ask them if they would like to learn something new and interesting and suggest group meetings in order to do this.


o    On all possible places in your house or apartment hang images or symbols that show and remind you of how you want to look like or who you want to become. Believe in your inner magician.


Focus on seeing yourself as pretty, beautiful and interesting person. Praise yourself every day. This makes it easier to make changes in your behavior and to lead more satisfied life.

If you make an effort now and practice being sympathetic to yourself, tomorrow others will look at you and be enthusiastic about YOUR personality.
