Tension is who you think you should be. Relaxation is who you are.
Tension
comes from stress. Stress is a part of our lives, but our handling of stress
leads to tension. Take a few minutes today to relax and release any tension
from your mind and body. Take a deep breath, filling your lungs with the air. Let
your lungs expand as much as they can. Then push that air in an exhale out of
your lungs.
As you breathe in think how deeply you’re relaxing your body. As you breathe
out imagine any tension just flowing out of your body.
Ten thousand flowers in spring,
the moon in
autumn,
a cool breeze in summer,
a cool breeze in summer,
snow in winter.
If your mind isn't clouded by unnecessary things,
this is the best season of your life.
If your mind isn't clouded by unnecessary things,
this is the best season of your life.
