Illusions, Shadows and Everyday Life of Our Mind

Recently, I've read one so simple yet so enlightening story. I hope it'll be as motivating for you as it was for me.

Zen story

- Master, how should I practice Zen?
- Eat when you're hungry and sleep when you’re tired.
- Don’t most people do just that?
- No, no, that's not what most people do. Most people nurture thousands of wishes while they're eating and untie hundreds of nodes while they're sleeping...

It seems that living in the moment is the most difficult task for us humans. Most of us live in the past or future. Remind yourself of this story every time your mind wonders off of task you're working on.
